Contest Details

• One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a YETI Rambler® 42 oz Tumbler with Handle and Straw Lid, a JBL Go 4 portable Bluetooth speaker, and an Onyx A/M-24 Automatic/Manual Inflatable Life Jacket, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of USD $200. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or any component of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable.
• Open until September 4th, 2026 at 11:59PM Eastern Time.
• Open to legal residents of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Each eligible photograph submitted constitutes one (1) entry. An individual may submit a maximum of ten (10) photographs during the Contest Period. Each photograph must be a separate and distinct submission. Submitting the same photograph more than once will not result in additional entries.
• All eligible entries will be evaluated by a judging panel appointed by the Contest Sponsor. Entries will be judged equally based on photo quality, originality, and how well the photograph captures the boating experience. The eligible entry receiving the highest overall score will be selected as the potential winner. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-evaluated by the judging panel based on how well each photograph captures the boating experience, and the entry receiving the highest score on that criterion will be selected as the potential winner.
• The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification. The Contest Sponsor may make up to two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner during that period. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will forfeit the prize and the next highest-scoring eligible entrant may be selected as the potential winner. Judging will take place following the close of the Contest, and the potential winner is expected to be notified on or about September 8th, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: We will never request payment or credit card information in connection with this Contest. We will only contact entrants regarding the administration of the Contest, including to notify a potential winner. Do not send money or payment information to any account claiming to be Wavve Boating in connection with this Contest.

General

These Rules and Regulations are final on all matters relating to Wavve Boating Inc.’s Make Wavves Photo Contest (the “Contest”). By submitting photos, all entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.

Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest or to win a prize. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations and Wavve Boating Inc.’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Open to legal residents of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Personal Information

Personal Information collected from Entrants by Wavve Boating Inc. will be used to administer the Contest and in connection with the publication of winning photographs. Wavve Boating Inc. will not share personal information relating to Entrants with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as may be required by law. Wavve Boating Inc. will not attempt to contact the Entrant for any other purpose than to administer the Contest or as may be required by law unless they have opted-in to receive relevant communications from Wavve Boating Inc. Wavve Boating Inc. respects the privacy of everyone who enters the contest.

Photo Ownership and Usage Rights

Entrants retain all ownership and copyright in photographs submitted to the Contest.

By submitting a photograph, the entrant grants Wavve Boating Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, resize, adapt, and otherwise use the photograph in connection with Wavve Boating Inc.’s marketing, advertising and promotional activities, in any media now known or later developed. This includes, without limitation, Wavve Boating Inc.’s websites, social media channels, email communications, digital advertising, print materials and other promotional content. No additional compensation will be provided for these uses.

By submitting a photograph, the entrant represents and warrants that they own the photograph or otherwise have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it and grant the rights described above.

The entrant also represents that they have obtained permission from all identifiable individuals depicted in the photograph. If an identifiable individual is a minor, the entrant must have obtained permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. The entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases or other permissions and must be able to provide evidence of such permissions upon request by Wavve Boating Inc.

Deadlines

The contest opens on August 20th, 2026 and closes at 11:59PM Eastern Time on September 4th, 2026. All photographic entries must be submitted by 11:59PM Eastern Time on September 4th, 2026.

Wavve Boating Inc. is not responsible for entries lost, late, misdirected, illegible or delayed for any reason.

Prizes

Prizes are not transferable; no prize substitutions or equivalents are permitted, except by Wavve Boating Inc. at its sole discretion. In all cases, Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any of the Contest Prizes.
